FRANKLINVILLE — Peggy Hall Topping, 73, of Franklinville, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at Fairfax, Va. A graveside service is at 4 p.m. Friday at Franklinville United Methodist Church cemetery with the Rev. John Gunter officiating.
