One of the two new otters at the North Carolina Zoo explores its new habitat for the first time Friday to the delight of Vic and Beverly Owen of Thomasville, there with their granddaughter Ellie Owen. Zoo visitors can now see the otters daily at the zoo’s Streamside exhibit.
