Holt-Pope engagement

Bert and Joan Holt of Clemmons announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Elisabeth Holt of Clemmons, to Daniel Neil Pope Jr. of Asheboro, son of Danny and Helen Pope of Asheboro.

The bride graduated in May 2007 from Appalachian State University with a bachelor of science in business administration in computer information systems.

She is a systems programmer for American Dental Partners in Winston-Salem.

The groom received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

He works as a human resource director for Lindley Habilitation in Greensboro.

The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem.
