Bobby and Teresa Crumley of Asheboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandi Michelle Crumley of Randleman to Alexander Michael Runyan, son of Drs. Desmond and Carol Runyan of Chapel Hill, N.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Harold and Nancy McCoy of Chapel Hill and Bobby and Jane Crumley of Pinnacle, N.C.
She is a 2001 graduate of Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, Mass., and a 2008 graduate of Elon University in Elon where she received a bachelor of arts degree in political science. She is employed by Crumley and Associates of Greensboro.
The groom is the grandson of Patricia Collins Runyan of Seattle, Wash., the late Raymond Albert Runyan, the late Irvin Simon Wolf and the late Jeanette Hawk Wolf.
He is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill and a 2008 graduate of UNC-G in Greensboro where he received a bachelor of arts degree in political science. He is employed by S.O.A.R. L.L.C.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008, at First Friends Meeting in Greensboro, N.C.
