William and Laurie Bjorkgren and Kip and Martha Henry of Delaware, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Michelle Henry of Delaware, Ohio, to Jake Tristan Neal, son of Randy and Lou Ann Neal of Asheboro.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Olentangy High School in Delaware, Ohio, and a 2006 graduate of Malone College in Canton, Ohio, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in communication arts. She is employed by Ohio State University.
The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Asheboro High School in Asheboro and a 2005 graduate of Southern Wesleyan University in Central, S.C., where he received a bachelor of science degree in Biblical Studies. He is also a 2008 graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary where he received a master’s degree in Biblical Studies. He plans to pursue doctoral work in Biblical Studies.
The wedding is planned for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Delaware, Ohio.
