The Linthicums

Clarence C. and Dorothy R. Linthicum celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on April 6, 2010. They were married on April 6, 1940, in Chesterfield, S.C.

Mrs. Linthicum is the daughter of the late Clee H. and Anna P. Russell, formerly of High Point. Mr. Linthicum is the son of the late Lewis B. and Stella W. Linthicum, formerly of Randleman. He is a veteran of World War II and the retired owner and operator of Linthicum’s Garage.

Their children are Larry C. Linthicum of Archdale and Lynn Harris of Randleman. They have two grandchildren, Anna Hawks and Dorothy Harris, both of Randleman, and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Leah Ritch, also of Randleman.
